What started as an album cover for Kanye West album titled “Waves” later became the art direction for Katy Perry’s single “Rise”. I pitched Joe Perez, Kanye West album cover previous designer for “Yeezus” about the project being used for Kanye’s Cover.

Kanye being Kanye changed the album title about 20 times and later landed on “The Life of Pablo.” which Perez later designed.

Our art got passed around like a beach ball at a NickelBack concert and ended up inspiring Katy Perry for the Olympics.

We’re honored to be apart of a project promoted with the olympics official theme song and her single ‘Rise’.
